En esta época del año es una zona tranquila en un entorno inmejorable. Además de estar próximo a lugares increíbles como Sintra, Obidos, Lisboa, el Dinoparque..., la zona a dispone de todos los servicios.

It’s a very cozy and warm house in the winter. The house is perfect for 4 people and has sea views. Kitchen is full equipped and Fernando and Luciana have been really nice hosts. Good communication from the beginning and good vibes! We seriously recommend this place!

The house is in an amazing location, in front of the ocean and 2 minutes walking from the beach. Everything was very clean, the house has all the comfort and the furniture. Fernando was very helpful and the communication has been perfect. I will definitely come back there!

Just everything was fine. Fernsndo and his support is very reliable and caring. The apartment is just in front of the ocean and a short walk to surfbeaches. It was very clean and the kitchen was really well equipped. Highly recommendable.

Fernando is a great and really flexible host! We had to change our date of arrival doing to a storm in the area and he happily accepted the change. Also, he is really easy to communicate with and he provides all of the information you ask for. We were able to park behind the house which was a great detail! The house is quite basic but it has everything you need and the kitchen is really well equipped.

Our stay was beautiful - Baleal is an amazing island and Fernando’s place is right by the water - we loved our stay!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung auf der Insel gefühlt. Wir konnten jeden Abend im Hof Grillen und auch sonst war alles nötige in der Küche vorhanden. Unsere Gastgeber waren super freundlich und haben uns noch Tipps gegeben. Gerne wieder

Great location - simple apartment with everything you need! If you are arriving on a weekend in high season then parking is IMPOSSIBLE!! Also would r commend doing a full supermarket shop before you arrive as it is difficult to leave and return in the busy times!! Apart from that it’s an amazing place and I would recommend

Das Appartment ist geräumig und perfekt für vier Personen. Zudem ist es wirklich ausserordentlich gut eingerichtet. Nichts, was wir in vier Wochen Ferien gebraucht hätten, hat gefehlt. Ich habe vorallem den Zwischenbereich in der Mitte der Wohnung geschätzt, in welchem man Surfboards und Wetsuits über Nacht reinnehmen und trocknen lassen kann. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser funktionalen, schön gelegenen Wohnung. und werden sicher bald wieder nach Baleal in die Ferien fahren. hopefully supersoon!

Super Lage, um zu Fuß zum Surfen zu starten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und nur zu empfehlen.
Ich buche seit Jahren verschieden Wohnungen über Balealrentals , die Kommunikation war auch dieses Jahr wie immer perfekt, zuverlässig und unkompliziert ...

Stayed here for a week surfing in June. Lovely spacious apartment, clean and tidy and well equipped with everything to cook and wash at home. Great location and accessibility to the local bars/Restuarants and beaches. Lovely hosts and very helpful with information for self check in etc. Got discount for local surf hire with the rental. No problems with the place at all, would recommend.

The value of this place is in its location. The island and surrounding beaches are amazing and everything is in walking distance! Ideal place for surf trips. The apartment was clean and spacious! I would say, it's better than pictures represent. And yes, you can hear and see ocean from bedroom window!

Tolle Lage direkt auf Baleal Island. Gut ausgestattete, sehr saubere Wohnung. Fernando und seine Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit und antworten sehr schnell.

Fernando en Luciana are great hosts. Their house in Baleal is tidy and perfectly located. We really recomend this place.

Our entire stay was great! Nice and clean accommodation on a quiet and picturesque island. We especially value the quick booking process and the peace of mind provided by the option of autonomous check-in and check-out with the lock-box.

Beautiful holiday home, spacious and very well equipped kitchen. Just two steps from the beach, you can hear the waves from the apartment, sit out on the porch and watch the sea and walk to little restaurants and bars nearby. The Isabela apartment is really a great place to stay in Baleal: It is located on Baleal Island, if you step outside the door you have a beautiful view over the ocean and can enjoy the sunset. The beach (and two different surf spots) is very close. Nearby are also a few nice restaurants and bars. The apartment is really spacious and the kitchen is actually better equipped than my own.
Luciana and Fernando are supernice and easygoing.
We really felt at home in the apartment and will definitely come again!!!

The apartment was as described. Only a few meters from the beach and very cosy and clean. The check in was very flexible and Luciana showed us everything. In the apartment was an information map with all important information like surf schools (400m), supermarkets (1km), restaurants, bars. And the apartment was well equipped so you are able to cook by yourself. Everything was in walking distance. I highly recommend it. We had a great time at this beautiful apartment

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal da.Das Appartement war super sauber, die Strände sind zu Fuß erreichbar (auch mit Boards). Es gibt viele herrliche Bars in der Nähe. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht und alles funktioniert 1A. Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder.

The apartment bedroom window has a sea view and we slept with the windows open to hear the waves! Perfect for us as we were driving up the coast from Sintra to Porto and it was a nice stopover. Super windy but beautiful beaches. There are nearby restaurants and supermarkets and the apartment is equipped to cook and do laundry. Fernando is a pro host with a great house manual and quick to respond to everything. Would stay there again

Wonderful stay on a beautiful island. Our hosts were really easy to communicate with and the flat was absolutely perfect. Close to the beach, and a car park space for any bigger trips we wanted. Such a good stay :)

Great two bedroom house all on one level where you can live the island life!
We love this place! Its perfect for our little family of four. Its on the island so its quieter and you have numerous surf spots and coffee shops/bars within walking distance. It has a fully functioning kitchen and living room with TV, DVD player and full wifi.
My favourite bit is that you can sit outside and watch the sunset over a cold beer and watch the big swells roll in. You can hear the waves at night as well which is just perfect.

The apartment was super clean, you have everything you need and Fernando and Luciana from Baleal Rentals are very friendly and helpful. There is a room where you can keep the surfboards and all the sandy stuff from the beach and where you can hang your wetsuits. You´re so close to the beaches you don´t necessarily need a car (we didn´t).
From the back entrance you have a beautiful view to the ocean, to Peniche and wonderful sunsets :-) to enjoy a sundowner.
We will be back soon.

The apartment is in a great spot just a couple of minutes from both beaches & nearby restaurants. Communications with the owners is great. So helpful.

Everyone visiting the great surf beaches of Baleal should stay on Baleal island! Fernando's place has a beautiful and quiet location on the island. It was lovely to hear the crashing surf as we fell asleep. Fernando and his wife were extremely helpful with the checkin and the booklet of information they provided was the most thorough I've ever seen. Obrigada!

Great location and comfortable accommodation on Baleal Island. Two access points to the accommodation makes things easy whether your loading the car for a day trip of going for a morning stroll. Great base for both experienced and beginner surfers both for waves and hanging out with the crowd in the local beachside cafe's. Will be back.

Everything was well organized, the communication was pretty smooth and friendly. More than well equipped. I have been to baleal many times to surf over New Year's Eve but never such a good price performance ratio. Even though I have my own surfboards, I can recommend to rent surfboards over the apartment, they're coming in a good quality and a better price is difficult to find. I will come back.

Everything was just excellent and very simple. Communication was perfect and trouble-free. Luciana and Fernando were very friendly, helpful and professional. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It was my forth trip to Peniche/Baleal but without any doubts the accommodation directly on the Baleal Island/Peninsula was the coolest of all. Beeing there on the Island means that you are just in the centre off all the events and possibilities. It is just perfect ad very "climatic". You can feel like a local guy, make a coffee in your Apartment and drink it directly on the beach. Hope to return to Baleal as quick as it will be possible. It was a great time for me and for my family. Muito obrigado!

I can not say too many good things about this place, as well as the hospitality of Luciana and Fernando. Communication and arrival were smooth, and we really appreciated the various recommendations provided to guests. We stayed a little over a week, and loved the location-proximity to the beach (for surf!), restaurants and bars, and markets. Baleal is truly relaxing. Luciana went above and beyond, checking in on us and making recommendations for massage/pedicure places in Ferrell. Truly a memorable vacation-look no further!

This is the fourth time we have stayed in this apartment and it hasn't disappointed once. It's steps from the beach and close to restaurants and grocery. Fernando is great, he makes it very easy to come and go and is always available to help. The apartment is clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Anyone who rents this will not be disappointed.

Nice apartment close to the ocean. The hosts were very helpful with organizing transport and upon my arrival, there was even a welcome treat waiting for me. Especially the kitchen is very well equipped. I had a wonderful holiday: the location of Baleal is just fantastic, so many good surf spots everywhere and all the local people I met were very helpful and friendly.

The Isabel apartment was excellent. It has everything you need, from ample kitchen gear to a washing machine and good wi-fi connection. Its location on "the island" at Baleal was ideal for our 10-day surf trip. It took a mere 30 seconds to check the swell and a brief two-minute walk down and see the surf breaks on both sides of the peninsula. The property managers Fernando and Luciana were very attentive and genuinely nice people. Baleal itself is a laid-back surfer community with international character. In addition to friendly locals, I met Swedes, Germans, a Canadian, Brits and Norwegians. Hope to return someday. Obrigado!

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, auf der Halbinsel von Baleal in der Nähe von Peniche. Es war sehr ruhig, da nur wenige Besuche auf der Halbinsel waren. Dafür war man direkt am Meer und wenn es die Bedingungen zulassen kann man direkt zum surfen an den Strand von Lagide oder Baleal gehen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, im Haus ist alles vorhanden und die Kommunikation mit Fernando war super und unkompliziert.

This was a great base to call home while I was surfing in Baleal. The apartment's location on the island was a treat. The landscape is wild, open and beautiful, and I loved that we were in the middle of it. The apartment was clean and well situated, and Fernando was super. Excellent communication and a lovely person. Am trying to already figure out how to get back to Baleal

We felt very welcomed and everything was absolutely fine and clean! Fernando did everything to support us. We had a great time at his place. The island is wonderful and the apartment is really good located!

Nice, clean apartment with fantastic location, 30 meters from the beach. Fully equipped kitchen, and I mean including coffee, olive oil, spices etc. That's good service. Really enjoyed that our stay. Very friendly and helpful host!

We stayed there at the end of March 2015, just the two of us but there was plenty of space for more with two good-sized bedrooms. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the sea (which can be seen out of the little bedroom window) and several surf spots. A really nice touch was the thoughtfulness of the owners in leaving us teabags, coffee filters, dishwasher tablets, cooking oil etc, etc - meaning we could get in there and enjoy the apartment without having to go shopping immediately. Very much appreciated and highly recommended!

Great location. I stayed with my wife and 2 year old son. The apt is perfect for a family of 3/4 people. The service was amazing. Lots of toys left for my son to play with , we could walk to the beach in less then 5 minute . Great holiday . Baleal is the business. I\'ll be coming back soon.

We were there on Apr'12. Just perfect! Close to plenty of surf spots, walking distance to the beach, short drive to Peniche town, excellent landlord, quiet area, amazing sunsets...

Very nice! Rooms are clean and comfortable and the kitchen is just renewed. Also, the location is perfect if you are into surfing. I can highly recommend this apartment!

Excellent apartment, comfortable, ocean, relaxing, well fitted out and in a magnificent location. An easy walk in bare feet to the surf/beaches and very comfortable beds after a long day in the surf!
Probably most importantly an efficient and very friendly service!
I would highly recommend it and hope to return myself one day soon!

Location is just beautiful, in the middle of an island, surrounded by ancient houses, couple of cafeterias and restaurant nearby. Sunsets over the Berlengas every evening. Equipment was fine, i liked dvd player with vast collection of surf-movies and heaters which I dried my wetsuit on. I hope to be back there again next year.

A wonderful holiday retreat for those who surf or just want to relax. The house is just a stones throw away from the surf, it's big and cosy and situated close to everything. I have stayed here several times and enjoyed very much.

I would definitely recommend it and will be staying again.
