Excellent location just a very short walk from the beach where there is a surf school. Would come again!

super profesional communication, place was clean, spacious and with everyting we needed. Very nice that you can check-in and check-out yourself without hazzles. totally recomend the place.

Apartamento bastante acolhedor, bem situado, bela vista sobre as dunas e o mar,bem equipado, limpo e organizado. Na varanda, podemos apreciar o magnífico pôr do sol ao fim da tarde. Boas indicações! Pessoas acolhedoras e muito simpáticas.Adoramos a nossa estadia!

Excelente localização, a poucos passos da praia e com supermercado e restaurantes bem perto. Apartamento confortável e muito agradável. O Fernando e a Luciana são uma simpatia, muito disponíveis e têm sempre óptimas sugestões e dicas para tornar os dias ainda melhores. Adorámos e recomendamos!

A fantastic apartment close to everything you need. The beach is less than 5 minutes away which was super convenient as I was surfing early in the mornings.
The terrace had the sun all afternoon, we really enjoyed the sunsets from the terrace!
All of the appliances were super easy to use - there's even a dishwasher! A holiday luxury for us.
We used the laundrette next door once too.
Luciana and Fernando were really helpful and super accommodating, I would definitely recommend staying here - We will be back for more sunsets and surfs! X

Localizações perfeita ! Luciana é uma gentil e presente anfitriã . As praias do Baleal estão em frente do apartamento, e a ilha do Baleal a 300 metros!!! Voltaremos com certeza !!! Obrigada a Luciana e Fernando

Excelente acompanhamento durante todo o processo. Boas indicações e coordenação no check in. Boa localização para quem gosta de praia, surf, e passeios à beira mar. Limpo, arrumado e espaço acolhedor. Muito boa relação qualidade /preço. Sem dúvida que recomendo.

Apartment located outside Peniche. It is around 7 min by walking thru dunes to the ocean. Luciana was very helpfull, we asked for additional heater for Kids and it was... in 10 min... Respect... Apartment is very good equiped with everything You need ... Next time we will be back for surfing.

Couldnt ask for a better host and a better experience! Fernando and his wife were always there for us if we needed something and made us feel not only welcome but made us feel right at home. We felt very comfortable during our stay and it was definitely one of the best Experiences we had so far for sure! For us the the Location was perfect, as the Beach is only a 2-3 Minute Footwalk away. Will come back for sure :)

It was in the best possible place for surfers, close to the spots in baleal, we could go on foot.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we came into Luciana apartment. Great location, great view, equipment of apartment exceeded our expectations - you have everything you want - like at home!
Beach is walking distance away, supermarket and great restaurants near by.

The communication from Fernando and Luciana is great - they are very pleasant, friendly, responsive, full of good tips.

We will be more than happy to return to this great place.

Very good appartment near the surfspot and close to the baleal bars and nightlife...supemaket in 300mt...i really suggest it to all kind of tourist, family and group of friends...! I wish i can came back soon there...!

Luciana Apartment ist just great! We really enjoyed our stay. It is very clean and perfect equipped with everything you need. It is also nice located and the beach, bars, restaurant and shops are very close. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über eine kleine Terasse auf der man gut entspannen kann. Der Strand kann zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreicht werden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Empfehlenswert!

Fernando y Luciana muy amables y te proporcionan toda la información que necesites, respecto al piso tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar.( secador, microondas)....la ubicación para nosotros que fuimos a hacer surf y que llevamos coche perfecto, vistas al mar,zona tranquila.

Fernando's place was great for our staying, is a full equipped apartment, very clean and perfect for a family or group of friends. He was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We are very pleased and happy we choice his place for our staying :)!

If you're looking for peace, perfect place! Great location, just in front of Baleal beach, where you can go take a stroll in less than 5mn. Particularly loved the balcony bathed in sun and the availability of the host.

I enjoyed staying at this apartment. It is clean and has all equipment that I could think of. The locations is also very good, only a short walk to the Baia and also not far from Baleal town. There's a super market and restaurants/bars nearby. There's plenty of parking. Communication with Luciana and Fernando was very good and the welcome was warm.

Perfect place to stay! Located just behind the dunes of the long sandy beach, supermarket and beach bars close by, short ride or run to the town. The apartment is very well maintained, and equipped with everything you might possibly need, very clean, nicely furnished, big enough for 4 persons, with the terrace facing the sunsets and the moonrise:)
The communication with Luciana and Fernando is really easy and pleasant, they are there to assist in everything and promptly. Thanks very much.

Welcome from Luciana was very nice. You can find a folder with all informations about activities, shops an restaurant. You can find BBQ, umbrella, transat , towels Appartement is fine for 4 people.

This apartment is really lovely! It's fresh and clean, with a nice balcony facing the ocean with lovely sunsets. Everything you need is in the apartment, very well-equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. And you you can just cross the road to reach the beach in a minute. Supermarket, bars and so on is in close walking distance. I highly recommend and I would like to come back!
