Great place to stay in Baleal. It's a short walk from Lagide beach, has plenty of space for wetsuits and surfboards, and is nice and spacious. Plus, super responsive on helping us check in easily and without issue. Hit "book now" if you're interested.

I stayed here in August for two weeks with my wife and two boys, it is a lovely apartment, well equipped in the kitchen, two separate good size rooms, a lovely bathroom and good size lounge. All done to a very good standard. The proximity is close to the beach and has a lovely pool which the children loved. This was our second stay in this apartment and loved it. Fernando and Luciano are both lovely to deal with. We will be back soon.

Excelente estadia. A casa é óptima, super limpa, bem decorada, espaçosa, com boa comodidades. O terraço é óptimo para refeições ao ar livre. Mesmo ao lado da piscina, o que dá liberdade à crianças e segurança. A localização, entre o Baleal e o Ferrel é perfeita. O atendimento é exemplar, simpáticos e sempre disponíveis.

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en El alojamiento de Fernando! La casa es grande, cómoda y todo estaba impecable! A 5 min de la playa y a dos del mercado, ubicación privilegiada, para disfrutar de Baleal y el surf. Fernando y Luciana siempre muy atentos y gentiles. Gracias! Sin duda repetiría!

Great accomodation, clean and new. Everything you need in the kitchen. Barbecue outside is a great plus. Warm bedrooms, with heaters.

All in all, good location, great apartment and always good communication with Fernando.

O contacto com os proprietários foi muito fácil. As informações prestadas for muito claras. A casa tem excelentes condições, muito bem equipada com os utensilios necessários para cozinhar. É bem localizada, a uma caminhada de 5-10 min do Baleal.

L´appartement est spacieux, très confortable et super propre. Il est très bien équipé pour cuisiner et vraiment s´installer avec ses grands placards. Parfait pour un séjour surf à Baléal!

Great place to stay!

Appartamento spazioso, nuovo e arredato con gusto. Molto pulito e fornito di tutto l'occorrente. Si trova al piano terrà proprio accanto alla piscina e ci sono ombrelloni e stuoie per la spiaggia. Sia in cucina che in bagno c'erano articoli per i primi giorni come saponi e detersivi. Non ci sono problemi di parcheggio e in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva all'immensa spiaggia di Baleal. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Davvero consigliato!

El apartamento es muy bonito, amplio y muy cómodo. Con todo lo necesario y muchos extras para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. Cerca de la playa, restaurantes y supermercado y a la vez muy tranquilo y sin ruidos.
Y hay que añadir unos perfectos anfitriones siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo.

Had two fantastic weeks in Marta Apartment, well placed in Baleal. Close to supermarket, restaurants and surf. Fernando and Luciana were great hosts! Thank you!

This is a nice apartment in Baleal, very close to the sea. The furnishings and beds are very simple and functional (definitely not luxurious). Communication was excellent and the small pool in the complex was a lovely bonus for a quick swim. The apartment came equipped with all the basics needed for a nice break as well as a stocked pantry with coffee, sugar, oils, condiments, washing powder, dishwashing tablets etc.

Apartamento com tudo o que é necessário para passar bons tempos em família. Praia, supermercados, cafés, restaurantes, tudo por perto.
Sinta-se em casa neste apartamento. Agradável, acolhedor, muito limpo.

We have just returned from a week at Marta apartment. It was perfect for us and our two sons (5 and 2). Quiet, clean, spacious and the pool was fantastic. The apartment is also very well equipped! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Fernando and Luciana supplied us with toys, a highchair and a travel cot. All the attention to detail made our stay very comfortable, and none of us wanted to leave! Thank you again!

We had a perfect time in the Marta apartment. It is a beautiful place with two terraces offering sunshine all day long. Beaches are close and the best Sushi ever is nearby. We can highly recommend the apartment and the guys from Baleal rentals are more than nice and helpful.

Amazing!! We loved our stay, Fernando and his wife were very helpful and welcoming, Suppling us with a crib and highchair for our 8 month old and giving us tips and suggestions for our trip. The appartment has everything you need for a wonderful vacation, more than fully equipped kitchen, spacious, clean with attention to detail. Its also walking distance to the beach. We loved it so much we extended our stay twice. We hope to come back before we leave Portugal ;)

Great stay at Fernando and Luciana's place. They offered 2 baby cribs, and had sheets and high chairs for both girls ready when we arrived. The place is spacious, location is great and has everything you need for a nice comfortable stay.

I stayed in the Marta apartment in December for a nice Christmas break from the London weather with my husband and son. Very spacious and bright apartment just 5-10min walk from the beach. Super clean and modern and the kitchen was equipped with everything you can wish for, including a dishwasher. We stayed in winter and it was a bit cold and windy outside but the apartment quickly warmed up and it was nice and cozy inside. 2 sunny and comfy terraces and a couple of friendly cats walking around being lazy :). There is a supermarket nearby, bit pricy sushi restaurant and a surfers lodge where you can have coffee. At 5-10min walk are the beach bars where you can also have a toast or salad. In summer, there are many more cafes and restaurants around. Driving you can easily get to the nearby villages Farrel and Peniche, where you get better choice of supermarkets, restaurants, shops and cafes. Overall, an amazing place to stay for a family of 3-4 or for a group of 4-5 friends. There was an outside pool as well but since it was winter, we did not use it. We love Baleal and the area and stay around there almost every year.

A fantastic stay in Baleal! Fernando and his wife were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome from the get-go with a smooth/easy check in, while also providing great local knowledge of the area and helping us when we had some car troubles. The apartment is just lovely - super clean and tidy, spacious with comfortable beds and large modern bathroom, kitchen and lounge areas. WiFi connection was fast and reliable. You have everything you need provided for you here which makes you feel very much at home (unlike many other Airbnb's these days which stinge you on basic amenities and kitchen supplies/utensils etc). The area is very safe and conveniently located only steps away from local cafes and a mini grocery store. Only a 7-8 minute walk to the beautiful beach with further cafes. Perfect location for accessing several different surf breaks. We were sad to leave when the week-long stay ended but we hope to come back again. Would definitely recommend for other couples and families seeking a perfect getaway near the beach.

Really nice and clean apartment with patio to two different directions which is awesome if one like to sunbath. Modern kitchen and well equipped. Location is really good too, walking distance from the beach, store and many restaurants. Can recommend this to anyone!!!

we had a wonderful stay at Marta apartment, the apartment has everything you need, wifi was working very good as well, (that is very important for our kids) en the communication with Fernando and Luciana was excellent, very nice and helpful people. The apartment was also very clean and because we stayed 2 weeks they cleaned it again after 0ne week( never saw that anywhere else before, only a change of bedsheets and towels) so that was excellent as well. They recommended Alex surfschool for the lessons and the boards, which we rented for 2 weeks and Alex is also amazing!!! We had a GREAT TIME and if we come back we are definitly going to rent with Baleal rentals again.

O apartamento é ótimo para férias, muito bem equipado e agradavelmente decorado. Os espaços exteriores são muito bons e a piscina é um extra bastante apreciado pelos mais novos. A repetir!

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed having outside space on both sides of the apartment having morning and evening sun.The pool was extremely clean and well maintained. The apartment was well situated. Fernando and his wife were excellent hosts and very keen to help us at any time.

We enjoyed our stay in Fernando's apartment. It is located well in Ferrel, the same house as the fantastic sushi restaurant and just across the street of Surfer's Lodge. The apartment is well equipped, clean and very functional. Fernando and his wife received us well and were always close by for questions. Recommended.

Fernando's home was impeccably clean, offering all the commodities we needed. The place is well located and has access to beautiful places. It is an amazing place to visit!

We have stayed with Fernando and Luciana of Baleal Rentals many time before and theres a reason we go back (apart from just the waves) because they are lovely hosts and cater to your every need whether its check in times, travel cots, kids toys... you name it!
This was our first time staying in the Marta Apartment. Its a little further from the beach than we normally stay, but this did not prove to be a problem as it was still within walking distance. We also were very close to lots of surf shops, a great sushi restaurant, a local convenience store and bars.
The apartment is brand new and furnished very nicely inside. We are a family of four and it was ample big enough to house us all (two adults, a toddler and a six month old baby). Parking was always available which was great as you need that with two small children!
I would definitely stay in the Marta Apartment again!

Baleal is an awesome place with big waves, the house is very well located, so close from everything, there are so many places to go and enjoy. The house is brand new. We had all we need. Our host were very nice with us, and they gave us a lot of information. Everything was better than we expected. Sure we will repeat....thank you so much

we stayed at Marta Apartment for a weekend with friends. We were in Baleal for surfing and this apartment could not have been a better fit. Close to the beach, well located. But most importantly - the place was very clean and modern. It was in a protected building. Very safe. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like. Luciana (the girl who met us and gave us the key) was very kind and she explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and the area. Another great thing was that the communication was very smooth - I got responses to my email inquires within minutes.
I would definitely recommend this property. We enjoyed it a lot!

Great apartment and great host to which I will definitely go back some day! The apartment was very clean and had everything we could ask for, invluding a swimmingpool. The host Fernando and his wife Luciana were flexible (regarding checkin and checkout e.g.), helpful and very caretaking (switched a broken lamp within hours after I gave notice about it). Fantastic experience all in all!

Great house, spacious, nice (shared) pool, nice terraces. Got everything you need. 10min walk or 1min by car from the beach. Good restaurants nearby.

The appartment is very spacious and has everything you can aks for. Washing machine, bath tub with whirlpool, two spacious sleeping rooms with nice beds, an even bigger living room with satelite TV and a very large and comfortable couch, a well equiped and clean kitchen, a nice little garden/terace area with outside table and even a garage for your rental car. The hosts were super friendly and very concerned that everything was for our comfort. They also responded very quickly to our inquiry. We definately recommend this appartment. It's located at the beginning of Ferrel so it's like 5mins walking distance to the beaches of Baleal. Hope we can come back soon!

Baleal is the perfect place to relax, surf, swim and enjoy. We had a awesome stay at the apt. Jetstream bath, Pool (shared) and nice secluded and sunny outdoor spaces on the ground floor made it a great place for our kid to play. The sushi restaurant around the corner was real good. Ideally the beach could have been closer but a +/- 10m walk wasn't too bad. The surf school recommended was real good (Alex). They made sure we had everything we Needed and it felt really comfortable. Conclusion; clean, spacious, bbq, Pool, beach, surf, jetstreambath, GOOD wifi, TV. Thumbs up!!

Just returned from an amazing holiday in baleal. The apartment is perfect, the hosts have thought of every little detail to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Great location and fantastic apartment, couldn't be better!!

The pool and outdoor areas really added to a great stay in Baleal! Great location, too, just a 5 minute walk to the beach with some nice cafes etc around.
