Great stay at Fernando's house. Perfect for surfers like us. Walk to different spots everyday! View on waves from the balcony to check the conditions. Outside shower for after the session. A real surf house.

Everything was perfectly clean and ready for our visit. The house even overcame our expectations. It is located just 2-3 min from the beach. The location is perfect for people who want to enjoy a bit of silence and calm but also surf or just chill on the beach. Additionally, there are also nice bars & restaurants which are turning into clubs during the night. Thus, there is something for everyone!

Perfect courtyardhouse, sharing with other residents, but each have their own outdoor area, with outdoor seating,BBQ,shower and storage for boards. Simple and clean, with a cleaning service with a change of sheets and towels. The kitchen has all the equipments one needs.

A localização é excelente (2 minutos a pé da praia). A casa é confortável se bem que um pouco antiga. Excelente Wi-Fi. O pátio interior é perfeito para churrascos e para limpar/guardar o material de surf. A comunicação com o Fernando foi sempre muito rápida e eficiente. Voltaremos!

We spend 2 great weeks in the Fernando's house. Host owners were super friendly and helpful. The house is super close to a beach and several bars. An internet is much faster then we supposed to see. The house was clean and quiet. I would recommend it for anyone.

Visited Baleal for a surf trip with some friends, perfect location and had everything we needed in terms of storing surf equipment. We utilised the BBQ provided everyday as the supermarket is 100m away! Great place, great location and great communication from Fernando and his team :D

Very near the beach and supermarket

Easy in, easy out. 100m to the beach. Perfect! Nice, clean, practical and the beds are good. The communication with the host was precise, proffesional and Fernando was fleksible to meet our needs.

Lo mejor la atención de los caseros, la amplitud de la casa, la cocina , con mucha variedad de utensilios, platos, vasos, tazas, tostadoras , exprimidor.
La casa esta genial, al lado de la playa, la amabilidad de los caseros es increíble, el patio interior da mucho juego, puedes dejar neoprenos, tablas, hacer una barbacoa, sin duda alguna lo recomiendo y repetire.

Great house. For a surfing trip the location is perfect.

The Paulo House is in a great location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to beach, shops and restaurants it really met all our requirements. We were there primarily for surfing and this apartment was great with an outdoor shower and plenty of space for boards etc. You can surf check Lagide through the top window and walk 100meters to check Cantinho so getting the right conditions is easy. Fast internet, cable tv, kitchen, washing machine- everything is there. we loved it!!

Paulo House è un ottima casa indicata sia per le famiglie che per un gruppo di amici. Offre tutti i tipi di comfort è situata vicina a ristoranti bar e la cosa più utile, si trova a pochi passi dalle diverse spiagge che la zona di Baleal offre. Molto consigliata per surfisti perché dotata di doccia esterna e zona per appendere mute etc. tornerò sicuramente.

Fernando and Luciana were extremely communicative and fast responding to our enquiry for accommodation (it was on really short notice). It all worked out perfect. The house is really big and has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. It is located almost directly at the beach of Baleal, not even a 4 min walk. It is quite at night and also really close to a supermarket. All in all a perfect accommodation for those looking to enjoy the Baleal-Peniche area (specially surfers). Thanks Fernando and Luciana!

Casa muy amplia perfectamente ubicada al lado de la playa. Tiene espacio suficiente para estar cómodas 7 personas y está perfectamente equipada. Por ponerle un pero, sólo tiene una ducha dentro de la casa (fuera tiene otra), por lo que si va mucha gente, puede ser un poco jaleo. Una casa totalmente recomendable, sobre todo si se va a hacer surf.

Nice place just next door to Lagide. Sitting outside the house with a cold beer watching people pas by from the surf was excellent! Perfect place to stay if you here for the surf

Very nice app. Great for family stay. Fully equipped. Best location. 2 min walk to the beach. Also 2 min walk from the supermarket and coffee place. You can see Lagide from the balcony. Outside shower that can be used as a board storage - very usefull.

Visited several times baleal and also this appartment. very comfortable and suitable place in all. Location (next to surf and services), beds, spacey, clean, well facilitated and no smell of moisture (which is often an issue at coastline appartments in portugal). frendly and helpfull hosts!

One of the best rentals in Baleal is on Baleal Rentals, been using them several times and they have very good apartments, clean and fresh!
Friendly and helpful owners, close to the best surf spots. We'll be back!

We stayed in the Paulo house as a family of four. It was perfect. The kitchen is great and accommodated all of our cooking needs. the living room is a great size and has TV, DVD player and full wifi. It had stair gates to keep the kids out of trouble. Being a three storey property, you can check the surf from the house!
Outside there a courtyard which was great for drying wetsuits and a safe space for the kids to run around in when we weren't on the beach. You are within a short walking distance of numerous surf breaks which is fantastic. There is also a small supermarket about 500yards just up the street, which also has a cafe attached which is very handy! A great place to stay.

I have stayed in 3 different appartments of luciana and fernando and I can highly recommend all of them!! The owners are very nice and if you need anything they come around as soon as its possible!
We compared the prices with other apparments and if you are a few more people the price is unbeatable!!
The paulo house is located perfectly near to the waves, to the bars and the next supermarket.
Thanks to you we will be back in a few month for sure!! 😎

Excelente casa, perfeitamente equipa e preparada para receber um grupo de amigos/familia nas suas ferias no Baleal. Melhor que nas fotos. Localização perfeita, a 5 minuto da praia do Baleal e dos principais restaurantes e bares da zona. Voltarei seguramente.

A casa Paulo encontra-se muito bem localizada: apenas a 5 minutos a pé da praia. Está muito bem equipada e limpa. O duche privado no pátio interior é de grande comodidade. O Fernando/ Luciana mostraram-se sempre muito amáveis e disponíveis para ajudar. Em frente à casa há espaço para estacionar gratuitamente. É a segunda vez que alugamos casa com baleal rentals e pensamos voltar.

Una casa impresionante para pasar unos dias de vacaiones al lado del mar, si haces surf puedes ir al agua ya vestido desde casa. La casa estaba super limpia cuando llegamos, todo funcionaba a la perfecccion, Fernando y su Mujer son barbaros, si tienes algun problema rapidamente te ayudan con ello y no ponen pegas. la verdad que todo expectacular volveremos seguro. ya hemos alquilado varias veces con ellos y todas las casas estan genial y tal cual estan en la foto.

We spent our holidays 2 times there and we had a really great time. The location of the accomodation is perfect. It´s just 2 minutes walk to the beach where you can go for a swim or surfing.
The owners Luciana and Fernando are very friendly and helpful. o There is anything you need in the house, like all the kitchen stuff, a washing machine and other helpful things. So if you are looking for a spot to stay for surfing and beachholidays you will like that one

Paulo House is the perfect place to stay if you want to spend a surfing holiday with a few friends. Close to good surf spots, well equipped kitchen and the inner patio is perfect for bbq in the evenings. You will find everything necessary within walking distance!

Do you like wave - surfing and would like to stay close to beach, Paulo house is the location, THE place to stay. Great location, big rooms, well equiped kitchen, and internet connection. What else? restaurants are close by, breakfast is available next door, very good priced. Surfshop within walking distance.

We booked this the day before we arrived and it was perfect. We travelled with a 5 month old in june 2012 and were very comfortable here. There are multiple surf breaks all within walking distance and we surfed everyday. Luciana and Fernando were very helpful and brought so many things for the baby (crib, stroller etc.) We would definitely come back to Baleal and Baleal rentals but next time want a house with a view!

we spent 10d over easter in paulo and rita house with a crew of 15 guys surfing the local spots. also the weather was very changing we got at least one surf a day which is great concidering the conditions.
the house has a great set up. outside shower for wetties, bbq in the yard, well equipped kitchen and nice bedrooms. luciana and fernando live just next door and provide a great service to their guest.
we'll be back!

We have stayed at Baleal for several summer-holidays now, and always book our accomodation at Baleal rentals. Fernando and Luciana are always very friendly and helpful and we are looking forward to our next vacation at Baleal! The Paulo, and Rita houses are very close to the beautiful Baleal beach and only a few minutes walk to great surf. The houses are perfect for both families with children and surfers who wants to be close to the beach. If you are looking for a more stunning house at the countryside at Ferrel (15 min walk to the Baleal beach) we would recommend the Nela House. Fantastic house and perfect for 2 families to share (and super for barbecues in the evenings) :)

Perfect little holiday home away from home. We had everything we needed, and Fernando and Luciana were both very friendly and helpful people. The information pack they provided was exceptionally helpful and everything was well thought of. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay with Baleal rentals.Can definitely recommend this for others looking to stay in Baleal. We\'re looking forward to coming back.

Very nice and safe place for a family with a toddler. With the (shared) inner patio locked to the outside, the toddler can explore freely without being able to escape to the street.
In walking distance to the best surf spots of Baleal.
The Paulo house itself has everything you need and was kept very clean also during our stay.
The service provided by Baleal Rentals was always splendid and the people there are sooo friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place for a summer holiday. Close to good surf spots, close to the ideal beach for the children, nice rooms, nice kitchen and cosy atrium! Can recommend the Paolo House as well as Baleal Rentals to anyone that consider visiting Baleal!
