Everything was sooo perfect!Exellent condition house, clean, big enough.Location perfect! With beautifull view from the balcony.The Owner very helpfull and good welkoming.That was a great stay.For sure we will come back.See You soon.

Just returned from susannas house at Baleal . House was in a good location very clean and well equipped . Fernando and Luciana could not have been more helpful . Nothing was too much trouble . A brilliant place to stay. I would not hesitate to recommend booking with balealrentals .

Nice house with brilliant location close to all surf spots nearby as well as close to all restaurants and bars. Clean and cosy inside with everything you might need.
A special thanks for the taxi you've booked for us from the airport, that was cheap and very convinient.

The rooms on the top floor under the roof are rather small with a descending ceiling. But who actually cares if you are there only during nights, sleeping.

Thank you and we are looking forward to coming back!

Baleal is lovely, great place to come for a surfing trip.
everyone was really nice, fantastic atmosphere for adults and kids of all ages.
The house was perfect, we were 7 and fit with loads of space, practical when you're back with your wetsuits. very close to the beach (everything on foot)
everything you need for your hols including parasols and windbreakers.

great location, obviously everyone wants a view of the waves and the sunset, but you've got to be quite lazy not to run 10 metres round the back for a quick surf check early in the mornings
excellent apartment, well stocked - the surf dvd collection was a nice touch.
fernando helped with recommending a transfer from the airport - would highly recommend the apartment and booked through baleal rentals, a great time was had by all and we'll be coming back!

Very good price/performance value for larger companies, up to 10 persons max. Renting this apartment 2nd time because of it's location and price.
Owners very helpful and friendly.
Excellent location. Surf spot just behind the house and another 2 beaches 5 min walk. Grocery shop is also within walking distance.
Good connections with Alex surf school for surf material rent and surf lessons for good prices.
Nice bonus extra - one cleaning within your stay and you don't have to clean when you leave!

We stayed in Susana House as a family party of seven,and all enjoyed it thoroughly. The house had ample room for us all,was remarkably well equipped,and spotlessly clean. But best of all was its fantastic location,so close to two beautiful beaches.
Baleal is a great destination for a surfing holiday, and Alex's surf school was great for equipment and lessons. Luciana and Fernando were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Altogether we had an excellent holiday

We loved our stay in Baleal. Not only was the accomodation clean, spacious and conveniently located the owners were also very helpful and lovely to deal with.

The apartment is very conveniently located and perfect for surf schools if that's your purpose for your stay. if not the beach is just a few minutes stroll away with a great choice of cafes and restaurants near by.

All in all a great experience that I'd love to repeat!

I would like to thank to the owners for very beautiful holiday! Apartment is very nice and there is a lot of space! I love fireplace which is in the living room. There is also posibility for barbecue party!
It is lovely place and I recommend this for all people who like surfing in Portugal! It is located very close to good surfing points for beginers, as well as more experienced experts!
You can do jogging every day because there is very nice road from Baleal to Peniche!
I know I will come back!

The Susanna house was a very good place to stay. Near the beach and near the Surf School. Our children (16 and 18 years old) had a very good time there. The house is big, with a good kitchen. We liked the patio with de shower outside. It's a nice place to meet the people of the building. In the morning we had breakfast on the terras with a view over the ocean. Lovely! The house is clean and the owners are very nice and relaxed people. We also liked the beach and the restaurants on the beach.

The apartment was lovely, clean,and next to the beach which made it very easy to go to the beach with two little kids. The guardians were very friendly and helpful

I and 8 friends of mine stayed in the lovely Susana house for one week. We really appreciated the friendly hosts who helped us with everything including the treatment of surf wounds =). The apartment is very good split up in 3 floors so you can live there many people without disturbing each other too much!

Baleal is really a great place if you like surfing and the Susana house is perfect located near several surf spots!

We also recommend Alex surf school!

After a difficult flight we arrived to a lovely, clean,spacious apartment.
It was well equiped and had the advantage of an additional outside shower--great for my two surfers.
The beaches were very close by and the restaurants and cafes were friendly and good value.
We were well looked after . A very good place to stay

The apartment was lovely, clean, a sea view and next to the beach.

Normally when you rent an apartment the photo�s on internet are better looking than in real, but Susanna house was also in real very beautiful.

The owners of the apartment are also very helpful and kind.

We had a good time in Portugal!
