The must of the house is the location, with a great view to the ocean and takes a couple of seconds to reach the sand and th waves! The colours of the sunset hiting the beach clifs is a life picture! Fernando and her wife were super professional and kind, quick communication and always ready to help! We gonna back next summer!!!

Wie immer netter Empfang durch Luciana. Schönes Haus mit ausreichend Platz, lediglich der etwas muffige Geruch im Schlafzimmer störte anfangs. Als begeisterter Koch war die Küche mit dem riesigen Gasherd ein Genuss. Die Lage und die Nähe zum Strand ist kaum zu toppen! Werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen, zum vierten mal!!

Es war ein super Urlaub. Das Haus/Wohnung ist perfekt. Alles da was man braucht und so nah am Meer. Das Allerbeste ist der fantastische Ausblick. Wir hatten einen sehr sehr schönen Urlaub. Fernando und seine Frau waren toll uns sehr hilfsbereit. Danke nochmals.

Just a wonderful place. So close to everything. The house was perfect, the views amazing and Fernando and his wife were do acocmodating for everything. The 'house rules' book had literally everything you could need to find your way around. Just perfect. We will be back!

The place is really awesome, just 2 minutes from the beach and very comfortable. Fernando left us space to enjoy on our own but we could count on him for anything we needed. Perfect host in a perfect place, we would for sure come back :)

What a great house. Superb views of the sea, from the garden and balconies, perfect location for the beach and surf spots, and a kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need! Luciana and Fernando were very helpful and on hand if you needed them. Can't recommend this enough!

Fernando and Luciana are extremely helpful and efficient. The house was great and brilliant for access to the beach. All in all a very good stay.

We were two adults and a little baby. We had a great stay. The house and surroundings were more than enough for us. Lots of space, a great view and nice interior. Fernando and Luciana were very helpful with helping us with any needs. We will definitely return.

Fernando y Lucila fueron unos anfitriones fantásticos, amables y acogedores. Lucila, que fue quien nos recibió, es una persona encantadora y dispuesta a todo para hacer la estancia agradable. El apartamento es inmejorable para hacer surf, tiene vistas directas a esas playas fantásticas, a las que se puede bajar descalzo por caminitos. Cerca hay supermercado y cafeterías. Nos pareció un lugar para alojarnos más agradable y tranquilo que Peniche. Repetiremos

This was our fifth trip to Baleal with accommodation arranged via Fernando. This house is the best so far and easily accommodates 2 families. The view from the 2 bedrooms overlooking the sea are breathtaking and the area outside the house offers plenty of space for relaxing and eating in the sun. The added bonus of this house is the pool and shared barbecue area. Highly recommended.

This house is awesome. Overlooking the norht shore beaches of Baleal. Just amazing! The house is spacious and, as always, very well prepared. And not to forget the pool in the yard! We will be back.

Everything nicely prepared as we arrived on a cold and cloudy day. The appartment has a beautiful view from ground and first floor. The highlight inside is the living room with the spacely kitchen. It holds all appliances you wanna use including a cork puller. Overall highly recommended! Thanks for the nice week of holidays!

A 5 star, faultless experience. The apartment is big and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and great dining area. Plus there is a lovely outdoor set of table and chairs and garden area overlooking the ocean, with a great fenced pool area out the back. The whole place was absolutely spotlessly clean when we arrived with plenty of towels, and comfortable warm beds. The view and location are second to none, literally a stones throw from the beach with good waves for surfing in the right conditions. Fernando and Luciana were excellent and relaxed hosts, and a really lovely family. I can't recommend this spot enough. You will not be disappointed. (although i may be when it's fully booked when i go back :)

Отличные апартаменты! Прекрасный вид на океан из двух спален. Спальни располагаются на втором этаже (в одной из них отличная отдельная ванная комната). Первый этаж - это очень удобная гостинная с большой кухней, отделенной длинной барной стойкой. В каждой спальне есть обогреватель для тех, кто мерзнет в осенне-зимний период. В апартаментах есть все, что нужно для комфортной жизни. Шикарный штопор для вина! :) Полное ощущение, что хозяева только что здесь жили сами. Очень приветливые хозяева, которые быстро реагируют на все вопросы и пожелания. С первого этажа прямой выход к океану через двери внизу. Рекомендую. В следующем году, если поедем в Baleal, будем жить здесь же. Обязательно посетите городок Obidos в 30-40 км от Baleal - это сказка! Минусов мы не обнаружили. Один раз были проблемы с горячей водой, но их моментально решили. Когда приезжаешь чувствуется слабый запах затхлости, но через несколько часов перестаешь его чувствовать. А как по мне, так это необходимый элемент апартаментов в отличие от гостиниц. Спасибо хозяевам большое! Александр, Анна, Борис, Анна, Павел

Fernando was a pleasure to deal with. I had some requests before our trip and he managed everything quick and well. Once in Baleal we didn't really meet with Fernando, but his wife was just as nice and made this a great experience for us. The house is great, the kitchen is big, the bathrooms are good, the beds are decent and the heating (it's winter) was good as well. Highly recommended!

The apartment was perfect. We had 5 days of perfect surf just 30 seconds from the beach. The photo's don't show just how close the beach is to the apartment. You can't really get any closer!

Being at Fernando place was amazing! Being able to wake up everyday with a sea view and the amazing sunrise lights, and fall asleep with the sound of waves.. Just priceless!! The house has everything you need, it's super complex in every single way!! If you want to stay in Baleal, this is the place! I'm definitely coming back!! Thank you for everything!

Thank you again for the amazing time in baleal!!! The Appartment is perfect, the view is gorgeous and you have all equipment you need... its also close to the surfspot, to the bar and to the supermarket... So what else would you need ;-) Thanks very much and we will come back in october again...

We had an amazing time at Baleal. The house was great. Spacious, clean and views were breathtaking. Fernando and Luciana were great hosts and took care of everything we needed. They were able to give some tips about the area. Our surf school was just down the road and the beach is only few steps away. Our kids loved the pool and the beach area and having their own rooms to sleep in.

Emplacement génial, vue sur la mer, 2 mn à pied de la plage, le rêve pour aller surfer et se baigner sans prendre sa voiture! Appartement spacieux et confortable avec piscine dans la petite copropriété. Parfait pour être détendu et profiter des vacances.

Estuvimos en el puente de mayo en Casa Teresa y nos gusto tanto que decidimos volver a pasar tres semana en el verano del 2014. La casa tiene una ubicacion privilegiada a pocos metros de la playa y con vistas espectaculares al mar tanto desde el sal�n como de dos habitaciones. Encontramos la casa en perfecto estado, muy bien equipada y muy limpia. La casa realmente es como en las fotos. Fernando y Luciana son gente completamente honesta y cumplen con lo convenido. Ademas, conocen muy bien Baleal y brindan excelentes consejos.

Excellent. The sea sight from the bedroom is fabulous. Its very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is a dream. Everything you need is available. There is no missing detail except more holiday time. It is very quiet an nearby to surf school. We love it.

Fabulous location. Views from the bedroom only of the sea. You can sit in bed and check out the waves. Very comfortable house, everything you could need, home from home. Fernando will look after you. Our luggage was lost on the flight and he sorted it out for us. Will definitely be returning.
